1. Membership Tiers:

• The membership program consists of two tiers: Silver and Gold.

2. Silver Membership Benefits:

• Silver members are entitled to a 5% discount on any in-store purchases.

• Silver members can claim a total of 7 free Crispy Chicken (or tofu) Rice Bowls throughout the membership duration, with one bowl redeemable per visit per day.

3. Gold Membership Benefits:

• Gold members are entitled to a 10% discount on any in-store purchases.

• Gold members can claim a total of 16 free Crispy Chicken (or tofu) Rice Bowls throughout the membership duration, with one bowl redeemable per visit per day.

4. Membership Duration:

• The membership duration starts from the date of enrollment and lasts for one year.

5. Membership Renewal:

• Membership does not automatically renew at the end of the membership period.

• Members must manually renew their membership if they wish to continue receiving benefits beyond the initial membership duration.

• Renewal will need to be done in-store by purchasing a new Silver VIP or Gold VIP card over the counter.

• Failure to renew the membership will result in the expiration of membership benefits and eligibility for discounts and free items.

6. Rice Bowl Top-Up Option:

• Members who have exhausted their initial free rice bowl quota may purchase a rice bowl top-up card to continue enjoying these discounted rice bowls.

• Silver members may purchase a rice bowl top-up card for $85, entitling them to 6 additional free Crispy Chicken (or tofu) Rice Bowls.

• Gold members may purchase a rice bowl top-up card for $75, entitling them to 6 additional free Crispy Chicken (or tofu) Rice Bowls.

• Rice bowl top-up cards have a separate one-year expiry date from the initial membership period.

7. Usage of Discounts and Free Items:

• Discounts and free items are non-transferable and can only be redeemed by the respective member.

• Discounts cannot be combined with any other offers or promotions.

8. Lost or Stolen Membership Cards:

• Members are responsible for the safekeeping of their membership cards.

• Lost or stolen cards should be reported immediately to Soy & Ginger.

9. Termination of Membership:

• Soy & Ginger reserves the right to terminate or suspend membership at any time for violation of the terms and conditions or for any other reason deemed appropriate.

10. Modification of Terms and Conditions:

• Soy & Ginger reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Members will be notified of any changes via email or in-store signage.

11. Agreement to Terms:

• By enrolling in the membership program, members agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
